Plywood makes an excellent choice for wall lining by creating a natural and interesting surface.

We specialise in high quality European Birch plywood, Decorative Pine Plywood and Veneered Plywood, suitable for wall panelling in commercial spaces.

The popular face grade for birch plywood wall lining panels is B/BB. However, global restrictions have made this face grade hard to source, so alternative panels have become more popular. Birch veneered panels are more readily available and for more price conscious projects, BB/BB birch plywood can be used.

Alternatively, Pine & Douglas Fir offer an interesting wild grain pattern that is well suited for a natural or rustic look.

All can be offered as plain 8x4 panels or cut / machined and coated with a fire retardant lacquer.

Veneered plywood panels combines the strength of plywood with the wide choice and high quality of A grade veneers. Below is our core range of veneer species that we offer, but bespoke projects using any veneer can be manufactured. Birch plywood core is our speciality, though we offer a lighter weight poplar plywood or particleboards like MDF or chipboard.

Species are offered crown cut or quarter cut, book-matched or slip-matched. For premium projects we offer a veneer matching service where the veneers are selected to harmonise and match across the panels.

We are UK suppliers of Contra-Burn FR plywood and timber. Euroclass B s1, d0 - fire rated plywood for wall lining of gymnasiums, schools, auditoriums, theatres, lecture halls, universities.

Fire Rated Lacquered Plywood

We use an intumescent fire retardant lacquer developed specifically for use with our panels. The combination of our plywood + lacquer has been submitted to Euroclass B testing and has passed to standard Euroclass B s1,d0 (the highest rating for non-combustible material). We can therefore provide lacquered panels with a test certificate.

Slatted or perforated plywood wall panels are installed in front of a void containing acoustic wool. Soundwaves pass through the panels and are absorbed, which helps control the acoustic environment in a room. Available in a range of perforation sizes and panel finishes. Suitable for gymnasiums, theatres, auditoriums, airports or any large space.
